This bike is beautiful to look at, it amazes me
it was so cheap. It rides smooth and fast. I hit 83mph on the freeway and no problem, very
stable. Although I was blown around, plenty of
power but not a hot rod. 82 is as fast as I ever
care to go. Dependable, starts on turn every
time with the fuel injection. Handles to me
as good as a sport bike, I don't need to go 80 around a turn. Brakes seem adequate but wish
there were two front disc. Wonderful 1st bike.
If you want to tour you of course need a
windshield and possible upgrade seat and bags.
I got the smaller spit fire shield and almost
makes it worst for head noise but keeps you from
the feeling the wind is trying to push you off.
The bike, with that shield and setting at 2 on the spring in rear is ok for touring but not all day. Two hours and then break another two. Good luck!
