I am a new rider. I finished the MSF Premier course 2 weeks ago. I picked up my bike last Sat. and a friend rode behind me on the way. I immediately felt comfortable on this bike. I was riding a 250 Honda in the MSF course and this was actually easier to get used to.
This bike is forgiving and comfortable. It is not at all intimidating, especially considering if you buy it new you will need to keep the rpms below 6k for 600 miles.
