Weather is finally allowing me some riding time, 250 miles in the last week. Traded a 2006 Kawasaki Nomad for new V Strom. After 2 long years on Nomad, I knew cruisers weren't for me. I use it for 50 mile commute to work and will ride the natchez trace in July. So far only complaint is the seat, a little rough on a 54 year old rump. Handles well, stops perfect, very stable in cross winds, still in break-in stage can't speak on acceleration yet, but I think I will like it. I have a 32 inch inseam and anything less might be a problem to get feet flat on ground.
